Send a conversation to someone else, browse everything you've built, and find old chats.
Sharing a conversation
Use the Share button in the chat top bar. You choose:
- Public link — anyone with the link can view the read-only transcript.
- Password-protected — viewers need the password to open it.
Limits: shared chats carry up to 100 messages / 500 KB; shared artifacts up to 4 MB.
A shared conversation is read-only: viewers see the messages and files, but can't edit or continue your build. If you want someone to remix it, they can use it as inspiration for their own chat (or you can build a skill from the workflow).
You can unshare / remove a shared link from Settings → Data (manage shared links).
Conversation history
- History persists per user — your conversations are yours and stay across devices and sessions.
- Idle conversations (14+ days without activity) archive to cold storage and rehydrate automatically when you open them again.
- Search (magnifier in the chat top bar) finds past conversations by text; the history button (top-left) opens the full conversation list.
The artifacts gallery
Settings → Artifacts opens your gallery: every generated/downloaded file (Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, PNG charts, CSVs) as a searchable list. Re-download anything, browse by type, and find old outputs without scrolling chat.
Privacy of shared things
Only what you explicitly share becomes viewable by others:
- Chats you don't share stay private to you.
- Public links are link-shared — anyone with the URL can view (same as any public link).
- Password-protected links add a second layer; keep the password to your intended viewers.
